I LOVE Columbia, Missouri, or CoMo as us locals like to call it. I have lived here since 1991. I have been a Columbia Chamber Ambassador, a Rotarian, I’ve volunteered for so many non-for-profit organizations, and worked with TONS of local business in many aspects.
The Best Roast You’ve Ever Had…yup. Not a lie.
Ya’ll I love a good ole crockpot dinner. It’s low maintenance and a crowd pleaser, plus so many ways to use the leftovers (if there are any). I use a chuck beef roast (I get them at Sam’s). I prep it the night before so it marianades in all the stuff prior to cooking the next day.
